Senior Façade QA/QC Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Façade QA/QC Engineer with 8 -10 years of experience in the Façade Industry to join our team in KSA/ Khoubar. The successful candidate will oversee the quality control process, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with the company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Evaluate risks in advance and create corresponding quality checklists and procedures.
• Educate workers on checklists and potential risks.
• Prepare and follow up the PQs and ITP documents.
• Regularly audit their work to ensure adherence to standards.
• Plan, conduct, and supervise the testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Investigate site complaints and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Conduct root cause analysis to prevent the recurrence of issues.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system, including maintaining Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) logs.
• Prepare and update COPQ logs and training log sheets.
• Identify training needs and organize ongoing training sessions.
• Good knowledge in NDT tests.
• Lead/manage the QC officers’ team at the site
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 8-10 years of experience in façade engineering
• Strong attention to details
• Good English communication skills
