Façade Designer

We are looking for a Façade Designer, with 2-5 years of experience in the façade industry, to join our Technical Engineering Department in Lebanon. He / She must have good understanding of 3D modeling.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Solve concept and typical design details for standard façade elements in coordination with Senior Designer and Team Leader
• Develop shop drawings for typical façade elements
• Provide on-time, accurate drawings while adhering to company standards
• Prepare material orders for façade elements
• Prepare production orders for façade elements
• Review site measurements and highlight any discrepancies before proceeding with the cutting list
• Generate as-built drawings
• Carry out work in a timely and appropriate manner
• Maintain the logs required for the project
• Perform any related jobs assigned by the team

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent
• 2–5 years of experience in the façade industry
• Mandatory experience in Revit and AutoCAD; Rhino, Inventor, and Navisworks are a plus
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
