Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team in Greece - Elliniko. This role includes conducting accurate quantity takeoffs, preparing detailed measurement drawings, ensuring precise interim payment certificates, analyzing contract documents, identifying variations, and updating project budgets.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform site measurements and material take-offs to ensure proper procurement and use of materials
• Create clear and comprehensive drawings and sheets that outline measurements for various project components
• Utilize software and manual methods to ensure precise measurements
• Compile data from quantity surveys and measurements to prepare accurate payment certificates
• Prepare client and subcontractors payment certificates
• Support project management with data-driven insights and recommendations
• Inspect contract documents and compare them with shop drawings to identify any discrepancies or variations
• Manage change orders and any adjustments to project scope or budget
• Collaborate with project teams to adjust budgets and forecasts accordingly
• Maintain logs for quantities, payments, and variations throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure logs are consistently updated to reflect current project status and financial obligations

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in the aluminum industry
• Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Organizational and planning skills
• Negotiation and communication skills
• Fluency in English
